UVW 스테이지 모션 알고리즘 비교 및 정밀도 분석
(Comparative Analysis of Precision of Motion Algorithm for UVW Stage)
Abstract :
UVW 스테이지 시스템은 LED 제조업 및
반도체 제조업에 많이 사용 되고 있다. 본 논
문에서는 고정밀 모션 제어용 UVW 스테이지
에 대한 기구학적 알고리즘을 비교, 분석하여
어느 것이 더 정확한지 RecurDyn 과 MATLAB
의 시뮬레이션 데이터 오차를 통해 비교하고자
한다. 2 장에서는 UVW 스테이지의 모션종류
및 구조에 대하여 기술하고 3 장에서는 RecurD
yn 을 이용한 모션 알고리즘 비교를 기술한다.
