RecurDyn을 이용한 Mold Ejector Sleeve Pin의 와이어 컷 방전가공 메카니즘 시뮬레이션 ( A Simulation of the Wire-Cut EDM Mechanism of the Mold Ejector Sleeve Pin using RecurDyn)
Abstract :
본 연구에서는 RecurDyn이라는 기구동역학 해석 CAE tool을 이용하여 mold ejector sleeve pin의 와이어컷 NC가공기를 이용한 가공 매커니즘을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 mold ejector sleeve pin의 정밀 가공 시 발생하는 역학적 문제를 파악할 수 있다. 이를 통하여 가공 시 mold ejector sleeve pin에 작용하는 힘 또는 역학적 영향을 파악한다.
