       It is analyzed the static and dynamic deflection of solar cell substrate handling robot using flexible dynamics program(RecurDyn). Fir FEA and dynamic analysis, 3D model was constructed using Autodesk Inventor, FEA was used for the static deflection analysis by gravity. Also RecurDyn was used for the dynamic deflection analysis by driven.
